This is where you’re going to get to if you sign up with a free trial or you’re, getting started with the software. This is going to be your dashboard if you’re totally new, you also have the getting started. Dashboard kind of this is where you can enter all the details of your business um such as sign up form, automation, marketing emails and so on.

It’S going to give you a whole list of different things that you can do to set up the software directly. So I would definitely recommend that you do this once you start to use the software full time, but once you start using the software or you’re trying it out. This is how is an overview of the software. So here’s the dashboard where you can see your contacts, your leads new clients, repeat clients, sales, the course that you send out invoices and the broadcast broadcasts are the emails that you send from within the software.

This is the contact the next one here on the left-hand side is the contact. This is where you enter all your different contacts, people that you’re in contact with potential customers – may be even current customers as well – very easy to do you just click on add contact. Fill out all the information and save it, and they will be right in the software. You can also enter companies as your contacts. You can even set up different groups as you’re targeting different groups as well.

This one I found very powerful. This is what you need to be doing in a day. So if you, if you’re a salesperson, you come to your desk, you open the software. This is going to tell you what you need to do. It’S going to be based upon the appointments and also the tasks.

The appointments are something that you set up within the software, so you can connect your google calendar or outlook calendar and you can set up contacts directly with your leads all from within the software, and then the appointment will come here on this page.

Also, the tasks that you need to be doing contacting customers sending out emails, and whatever you need to be doing, are going to be here on this list. Next is the communications which are going to be first of all, that they’re going to give you a free phone number within the software as part of the software.

So you can use that for contacting your customers or potential customers, but also you can send out text as part of the software they’re going to give you a free phone number, a business phone number where you can use this, for example, if you want to send out text to text to customers through your mobile – you can do this from within the software as well.

The next, one is also the email broadcast.

These are the email. This is the email marketing software of the software, where you can send up a send out where you can send emails to your leads all from within the software. The next is going to be the sales, so if you have any sales opportunities that are coming up, you can put them in the pipeline. You can also have all the quotes that you send out. So I can show you the pros and cons: okay, I’m here in the software itself. So let’s uh start with the pros of Keap CRM.

Now, there’s a lot of different things going on in this software, and that is definitely one of the pros there’s. So many different features.

You have the dashboard here, then this is just a testing account and then you have all the different features. So you have your contacts, you have what you need to be doing your appointments, your tasks.

Every day, all your communications, we’re talking about your uh. They have a phone number as well that you get with the software. There’s the email software, that’s also within the software uh, all your sales, your pipelines, your quotes, your invoices, I mean there are so many different things, and that is definitely one of the pros.

There are so many features in this software. Not only that, let me show. Let me also show you the forms and the landing pages and the automation I mean I can keep going on and on there are a lot of features in this software, and that is definitely one of the pros.

The second pro is also connected with this is because not only does it have so many features, they all work together. Very well because you don’t need to get other third-party software to connect with this one, because you can do a lot of things.

Just within the software, for example, your email marketing – you don’t have to have a special software third-party software that you need to connect with this one, because you can do all your email marketing from within the software.

Another example is your appointments. The great thing is that you can have your appointments: you can make your schedule, your appointments, make your appointments, and keep track of your appointments. All within the software. All you have to do is connect your calendar.

You can have a google calendar or an outlook, outlook calendar and you can schedule all your appointments here and they’re going to be they’re going to appear here in your my day tab.

But the automation is, is a lot of times, is lacking or is not very good, and this one has a lot of automation and you can have easy automation or you can have more advanced automations, but they have these templates. You can see here they have. These templates make it very very easy for you, so these are the easy automation templates. These are the advanced templates. Now all you have to do is follow the template and it’s going to help you to very easily set up automation.

This is an example right, it’s very much the if this, then that principle, if something happens, then do this one, it’s really very straightforward. For example, if you let’s say you set up a landing page or a contact form which you do here in the marketing, then if somebody fills out that form or that landing page, then you can set up an automation that.

For example, you will send an email Automatically, whenever somebody fills out a form or a landing page – and you can do even more – you can set up different steps and build out more advanced automation as well. So you can make it easy easy or you can do it more advanced. But this is a very powerful feature in this software and definitely a big pro of Keap CRM. Now with all these uh great things, all these different features of this software there’s also one con.

Actually, one disadvantages vantage in my opinion, and that is the same as the pro is that there are so many features it can be very overwhelming when you get started with this, so there is going to be a learning curve, so you do need to set aside a few days to get used to the software, but you need to start with setting it up properly.
